What we do

Projects Big and Small
If you have a home project in mind, inside or outside, I'd Love to talk to you about it. Smaller projects from one hour to one week that other contractors have told you are too small for their time are my specialty. Have something a little bigger in mind? We could talk about that too.
If you can swing a hammer at it, put a screw in it, turn a wrench on it, weld it, or make it run chances are it’s something I have worked on or will work on.
I was always taught if you are going to do something do it right, don’t cut corners and take pride in your work. I almost never hire anything out, but in the few limited interactions I have had to have with professionals in the area things as simple as getting a return phone call have been hard to come by. I believe customers deserve better than that and strive for great communication. If you leave me a message or send me an email I will get back to you in a timely manner, you can hold me to that.

About Us
I have always been an avid DIY guy. I have rehabbed 3 homes built between 1850 and 1870 as well as working on new construction and everything in between. I enjoy working with recycled and salvaged materials as well as creative projects that are more than just off the shelf box store components. I have spent the last several years working as maintenance mechanic at a few of the larger manufacturing companies in Vermont. The pay and benefits were comfortable, but as it turns out working all day in a factory is not nearly as glamorous as the fairy tales make it out to be. I always found the multitude of house rehabilitation and building projects I did outside of work to be a lot more fulfilling. After years of having no good answer to people’s repeated question “why do you not do this full time?”, I finally decided to quit the safety net of my secure well paying day job and take the plunge.
